It's an awesome total body workout! Music is awesome and the instructors really motivate you! Love it! Can't wait to see the results!
I love it. I have tried many other programs but this one is something that gives me a great workout without burning me out to the point of not wanting to do it, like so many others. I am starting out with Beth the modifier on the DVD & can grow to other levels over time.
