Do NOT convert to Surepoint - formally Rippe Kingston. It was the worst mistake of my professional career. We "kinda" converted in July of 2020 and we have had NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS since. And here is the really fun thing about the problems... They make them and then they require you to SEARCH AND FIX THEM. If you are a Legal Firm - choose any other software. I would give them zero stars if I could.
