Came in for an emergency visit, and Doctor Combs did not take me seriously. He flat out said "I don't know what it is". I'm scared to death and feel humiliated and violated after the unneccessary procedure he did, just to tell me he doesn't know what to tell me. I think it is highly recommended to get a FEMALE doctor on the emergency shifts, who will take the women patients seriously. I couldn't have been more pleased with Bert Callahan MD from the beginning of my shoulder injury all the way through my Surgery. He truly is a caring and compassionate Dr. He also has an outstanding team that works for him. His regular nurse was excellent and very knowledgeable. On the day of my Surgery I couldn't have asked for a better team. Shane who did the anesthesia was about the best your going to find. Very knowledgeable and compassionate. They were compassionate and competent. The doc listened to me when i talked. He asked about what i wanted...such a change !! Amy at the desk was a rockstar.
