Friendly and Helpful – I have two important reasons for wanting to do everything myself, 1) I'm low on funds and 2) I like being capable. Some jobs, however, require the support of a pro. Jeromie is great! I am usually VERY reluctant to hire repair professionals because so many of them overcharge, want you out of the way, or mess with things that aren't broken. Ripleys stands for Rip-off! – These people are a rip off. I warn you, get an estimate before you have any work done or you will be sorry. We hired them for a major replacement of our plumbing. I would catch the plumber they sent texting or talking on his phone, programming his phone, saying he had to go get things he forgot from the shop or parts. Plumbing – They showed up on time, performed the work as expected, were courteous, reasonably priced, and were available when we most needed them. Nothing has leaked after 5 years. I still have all their bills. I care nothing about the internal politics of Ripley's and only can evaluate Ripley's from past experiences that were very good.

take it from someone who used to work for them – They use there employees and drain them for every penny they have. they put them in danger with inproper asbestos removal, and never give there employees a chance. while i was working for them, they cut a lot of corners and the work was always shoddy. they will nickel and dime you for everything they can when you recieve the bill.
