A bit of a late post as Nick has been our Property Manager for over a year and he’s been absolutely awesome to deal with. He's super responsive, easy to talk to, and just genuinely on top of everything. Whenever something needs fixing, he gets it sorted out straight away and always keeps me in the loop. My experience dealing with Tammy Barling has been absolutely terrible. The level of communication, professionalism and customer service has been extremely disappointing. I have repeatedly felt frustrated by the way matters have been handled and by the lack of clear, timely communication. As a tenant, I expect to be treated with basic respect and professionalism, and unfortunately that has not been my experience. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE Honestly one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a real estate agency. The communication was extremely poor, issues were handled badly, and I constantly felt like I had to chase things up myself. 1 STAR — WORST EXPERIENCE SINCE ADAM LEFT Ever since Adam left in December 2025, this agency has gone completely downhill. The difference has been honestly unbelievable. Adam was professional, responsive and actually made you feel like your concerns were being heard and dealt with. Not easy to get into contact with. My and my partner broke lease on one of their properties and it was a hard time getting contact with anyone. 5 emails and many attempted phone calls. I had a feeling these guys were dodgy when they asked us to give a five star rating on Google before we even got the keys. 😂
