Not easy to get into contact with. My and my partner broke lease on one of their properties and it was a hard time getting contact with anyone. 5 emails and many attempted phone calls. I had a feeling these guys were dodgy when they asked us to give a five star rating on Google before we even got the keys. 😂

A friend of mine rented through this agency and ultimately had to move due to ongoing issues involving the tenant in the neighbouring property, which was also managed by the same real estate agency. To make matters worse, the agency disclosed her personal information. She obtained written confirmation of this disclosure, which is extremely concerning and, in my opinion, demonstrates a serious lack of professionalism and regard for tenant privacy. Worst customer service ever! Lack of communication from Nick Garcia is next level. I have sent numerous enquiries via listings and numerous phone calls, never answered and never called back. Clearly he doesn't need buyers to fund his lifestyle. Shame on you Mr Garcia, shame!!
