Office staff and medical assistant were friendly and kind.Dr. Chu is exceptional! He listens to what you tell him and takes the time to discuss your concerns.When you leave, you have all your questions answered and a plan for your treatment. Dr. Chu truly cares about his patients. I highly recommend him!!!
I have been cared for by Dr Pinellas for about 20 yrs. Great physician and person.
Dr Karam entered the room with a greeting, a handshake and an apology—the latter, he said, for being late! I did not think he was late. Then after reviewing the pertinent information in my chart, he proceeded to engage me in a thorough discussion about the situation and options, and did so clearly, respectfully, and with an air of confidence about which one he considered to be the best. I appreciated the manner in which he answered my questions and addressed my concerns.
He truly cares about the health and well being of his patients and tells it like it is. I have never waited more then 5 mins in the waiting room.

Was in hospital for 3 days when released I had questions about the recommended medication, I called him and he was totally dismissive and would not listen to me, if I took the meds they said to take I probably would be dead they recommended three times the blood pressure medication I was taking and he just told me to take what they said he didn’t even want to listen to what I said total disrespect for me. I’m sure he really doesn’t care what I say.
