I used to really like and trust this place. The thyroid biopsy was never reported and after several calls Dr.Rehmann called to tell me I had atypical cells and needed another biopsy and possible thyroid removal. If I didn't call?.....My mail in pharmacy has tried for several days and several faxes to renew my meds no response from them .! I will as I always do is show up at front desk to get what I need. Their patient communication is terrible.

Has anyone else noticed how TERRIBLE their billing is? Every single time I get an invoice I pay it and I end up being sent to collections. I've had a bill I paid in December haunting me and have been sent to collections TWICE on it. I'm LEAVING COOPER because of how much time I've spent trying to resolve THEIR ERROR and am SO ANXIETY ridden over it it's absurd - nothing like my doctor's office causing me anxiety!!

I had a great experience today with the whole staff, especially with the medical assistant and Dr. Rehman. Dr. Rehman was very thorough and professional and took the time to answer all my questions. My visit was pleasant and efficient. Thank you!

I loved Dr. Picciano but when I went to see Dr Rehmann the new doc I was greeted by hello & she went right to the computer & started asking questions & typing. I felt like I was being interrogated. As a woman of 62 I feel this young doc could have been more respectful like to come in & shake my hand or at least stand in front of me and introduce herself. When she was done I had 3 referrals to specialists 2 of which I do not need as she did not listen to my answers.

I had Dr. Picciano who left, she was great! I usually waited 10 minutes. This past week I saw new doctor, Dr. Ramon, waited about 40 minutes but really liked her, went over everything, didn't feel rushed.
