I have never done a review before, but have to for this company. They have by far the best customer service I have ever experienced.
Daughter has always used rip it mask while pitching. She needed a new mask and against better judgment we purchased a boombah mask. She tried it on and needless to say we ordered another new rip it mask that night. Only advice I can give is the chin pad velcro wears out real quick and usually at the wrong time.
It's the only bat we buy for the team, and they are a game changer!
Top notch customer service and warranty turn arounds
My son got the Air-Elite bat for Christmas but did not get to try out until a few weeks later when practice started. I called customer service and spoke with Jay, who was fantastic! He told me not to worry my son could try the bat out for a full 30 days and if not satisfied to call him back and they would either refund me or replace it. This is an example of great customer service!!
