RecommendedOverall most Rip-It products I haven’t had issues with and love their masks BUT they need some serious improvements to the material of their softball pants. While being comfortable and fitting good they do not hold up with wear and tear. Very thankful my daughter had on your mask while pitching this weekend! She took a line drive to the head with no time to react. Thankfully your bar on the forehead was there. We were all stunned from the sound, but after a few short minutes she was back pitching and only has a small bruise.
12 years of wearing a RIP IT mask in the circle and today was the day I thanked God she had it on! Always told her all it takes is that one time. Today due to having to practice on a baseball field she moved up to the rubber that is way too close. Coach tried to hit one in to left that got away and got her in the mask at full speed. On behalf of my husband, daughter, and myself, we need to say a HUGE thank you to the RIP IT brand! My 10 year old daughter was pitching yesterday in her fast pitch softball game when she took a line drive to her forehead right above her eye. The ball took her face mask off, but thankfully besides a headache, she had no other injuries to her face. Today she has two small dots above her eye but you can barely tell she got hit. I've never dealt with a company that has so many issues with having product in stock and actually shipping it on time when it is in stock. Products are solid but service is awful
