Took my Mac Book in to Rios as I was having trouble getting it to boot up. Tried everything I knew. Anyway, I chose Rios because of its proximity to my home have never been there before. Rio himself came out, explained the problem, got it working in no time and explained what the issue was, it great detail, and did not charge a thing. I offered to pay for his time but he would have none of it.
