Black Knight Automotive has great customer service. They’ve worked on my truck several times now and they’ve always been helpful and fair.
They were amazing! I was 5 hours from home and my thermostat in my car decided to cause me problems. They got me in first thing in the morning, took me to my work appt and picked me back up, found me a cheaper thermostat (I was quoted almost 1000) and had me back on the road within a couple of hours! I would recommend this place and will recommend them to anyone in the Farmington MO area!
I scheduled an oil change. They got me in right away. Told me it would take 30 minutes. It did. I was in and out without any crazy unexpected add ons. Staff was friendly and welcoming. I would highly recommend this shop!
