I ordered flowers online and then called and spoke to a lady to confirm the details of my order..they charged my card and no flowers were delivered to my cousin on her 50th birthday..no re do ..very disappointed..

Absoultely horrible customer service, unorganized. Cancelled an order made online via phone over three times with the local shop weeks before the scheduled delivery. Called to confirm the cancellation after reading all the reviews of other customers nightmares. Order was still delivered and I was still charged. Recommend using another flower shop, should have listened to the reviews...

I ordered flowers online for my wife. I asked for sunflowers, daisies and minimal greenery. She got a bouquet (over $100 including $16 in fees) of roses (my wife hates roses), a couple of daisies and a ton of greenery. They had all of my contact information (email, cell phone) and could have contacted me to let me know that they did not have any sunflowers and given me the opportunity to provide further input. I send flowers to my wife pretty regularly, however, this is the first and last time I use Rio West Floral.

Gorgeous flowers that absolutely made a HUGE difference at such an important time. Tara, the owner, took time to listen and really delivered with all of her arrangements. Thank you Rio West for making our family so happy with such beautiful flowers!
