The office lady Tammy is a awful person who does not give a shit if you live or die. You can expect prescriptions to never be called in, pharmacy s 70 miles round trip, she makes excuses but there not true. It's taken me up to a week just to get a prescription . Tammy was called 4 times, 2 times by me 1 time from pharmacy and 1 time from wound care and then i finally got the perscription. Over 20 perscriptions in a year and never once , not one time ever did she call it in. I was needing referral but gave up because months w... read more
Awful, rude people in the office, took months to get tests scheduled NEVER got them done. Tammy rude and hateful, Irene rude and obnoxious. Will never go here for anything. What others say is true. Just RUN to anywhere else- they do not care about you- don't waste your time here. Kingman is your best bet.
Tammy and the office manager are rudest people I have ever come across in healthcare! They claim to have sent fax’s that never get sent, call in prescriptions that don’t get processed for days due to my name not being spelled correctly. Every time I call Tammy has an attitude about whatever the issue is I’m having to call about. I would recommend saiz.. he listened to me in my appointments and when my gallbladder function was dropping quick in 2019 to jan 2020. Dr chahaun wouldn't do my surgery. Dr chahaun said I was to young and he does not do surgery on people under the age 38. Thank u to doctor saiz and ur whole office team and nurse aides for doing my gallbladder removal surgery feb 2020. Even though my recovery time for couple months I was sore and bruised.
