Been here for over 7 months now, Great place to live for the price, and there always on top of things, maintenance crew is awesome, and Lucy the manager is the best most nicest lady I have ever talked to.
I have lived here for 4 months now. I am extremely satisfied with my new HOME. Lucy the manager is so friendly and helpful with any of my needs. I am elderly and disabled and so thankful that she stops by periodically to see how I am. The outside is kept clean all the time. Maintenance does awesome work on anything that may go wrong in the apt. I couldn't ask for a nicer place to live. Thank You Lucy and all your staff for everything
Few things to look out for: > Roaches all over the place > holes in the wall: cover up with paint > shower head bottom in top ( pits out brown water ) Kitchen sink : water travels from other neighbors floods your sink > cabinets with no covers >Apt was very filthy, we had to clean to it up. > 800.00 for all bills paid and filthyness
