I have been going to Rio salons with my husband and children for the pass three years and the salon is awesome, the owner and the staff are great, just read the reviews at yahoo, I was not surprised by it! but these here surprised me, I say this because it does not make sense I don't know this people but I been there for my hair, like I said most likely people that are not cool and professional enough to work there are jealous. Five stars because my family and friends love the place, the price and the people. Kathy J.

This salon advertises "peaceful experience by professional staff". The staff was unprofessional on the day I was there and aired their grievances against each other in front of the client (me) making it less than peaceful. I would not recommend this salon to anyone. I posted this review on another site and was verbally attacked by other posters, especially one who took it extremely personal,and my review "disappeared".I believe the other review site is run and maintained by the business so only positive reviews appear.
