All they do is steal your money. They don’t keep the area clean or safe. Been here less than a month and I been seeing police running in the apartments looking for someone. They don’t care for people with disability or special needs people. They will try to make sure you are late for your rent payment from their 3rd party payment system. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! It’s a HELL HOLE!
Because I have never been late with my rent and now I have a medical continuity and they charged me a late fee today 1day late 347.00 that was my Christmas money and I’m a widow so thanks to Rio Santa Fe I would not reconewbthen to rent here thank you
RecommendedThey brought in a new office manager and completely new office staff about 2 years ago and I can't say I've had a bad experience with any one of them. Defiantly a positive change to the property. Everyone is nice and have been attentive to our needs. Also a BIG shout out to Martin in maintanence. He is AWESOME!! He always does what needs to be done with a smile, even in this CRAZY Arizona heat.
I've lived here 5 years because it's close to where I work. The rent here is so outrageous it's ridiculous. I've asked for things to be fixed numerous times and they take weeks. Not too long ago, my washer line busted and all that was done to fix it was suck up all the water and tear up the carpet to put blowers underneath. The carpet still smells like mold. Well... They have never got it together!! This is a place that treats you as dirty as the apartment they rent you. The women in the office are liars and thieves. They have no idea how to run this business and should be kicked to the gutter where they belong. They stole my money just like another renter told me they would the first day I moved in.
