I noticed there isn’t a long line anymore. This place used to be packed with people, the service was great, and the prices were reasonable. Unfortunately, I can no longer recommend it. They close at 1 PM, and the vet leaves at that time. If you need to pick up your dog after that, expect poor service and little to no helpful information.
Please do not take your pets here!!! I took my dog for heart worm treatment and they were very disorganized. The veterinarian was very condescending and neglected to give me after care instructions for my baby and soon after she passed away. The treatment and vaccines were administered by inexperienced veterinary students. Please stay away from this place.
Letty the office manager is the most unprofessional woman I have ever dealt with. There was a big miscommunication when I went to pick up my dog who had gotten neutered which resulted in him getting a second rabies vaccine. She laughed in my face when I was asking if my small dog would be okay. She says it was busy in the morning when I dropped my dog off but in reality it was NOT. Took my cat here to get spayed. It seemed everything was ok, but she passed away the next day. I followed the directions to deliver her medicine to a T, and yet I still lost her. I'm not convinced her death was all my fault, for i did everything i could to save her. My only regret was taking her here. Her name was Edelgard.
