Rio Rico has been my vet for some time now and I can honestly say they are hands down amazing. The Vet Dr. Valerius is the meaning of caring. He has such a passion for others and the well being of their pets. He has helped my animals many times and each time they are in bad condition he ALWAYS find a way to some how surprise me. First time, thought they were nice and the price was right but they were really lax regarding the coronavirus, not really practicing social distancing and one employee who spoke loudly had her mask off the whole time I was there, like the place but think I probably won't go back until virus over.

They were very patient with my Roxie and were gracious enough to offer a payment plan. Pretty inexpensive considering I’ve gone to 2 other vets for the same thing. Roxie really enjoyed Rico too! Hoping for a fast recovery for Roxie on her allergies! Thank you!
Rio Rico Rach has a loving wonderful doctor. Much better than anything we saw in McAllen. I recommend this place. Doctor Jack Valerius will look at your eye and pierce into your soul because of the amount of care and attention he pays. Thanks you.
