The staff has always been very helpful. This last trip, they were out of the cut we wanted, but the front person went to the back and the butcher's cut us fresh meat. Good prices for a quality meat.
Always the Best, Consistent, Kind, Thoughtful, and Absolutely the hardest Working people that I know. They have nothing but love knowledge and experience for the trade. For they are amongst the last of the few Old School Original Butcher Shops remaining in New Mexico. I have been coming here for over 30 almost 40 years and their kind Consistency and level of excellence is what keeps me returning. I wish there was 10 stars to give to them. Thank you for reading my review. It was my honor to leave it.
