I bought a box of 20 hamburger patties for Father's Day and they were freezer burn. It was quite the disappointment. I also bought a 4.83 lb brisket my total bill was $83.
Me and my family had been going here for decades, but not anymore. The straw that broke the camels back was getting some jerky meat. It had been $6.99 a pound and suddenly jumped to $10.99 a pound. Ok I get it, beef prices are up right now. But when I got it home, at least half of it was silver skin. There is No WAY as professional butchers that they didnt see this and gave it to me anyway.
