There just isn’t a level of professionalism. This remains an issue in this area, in general. Today’s visit was disappointing. The tech was rough and rushed. There was nothing enjoyable about the service.
Can't wait to go back! Summer is the best!!! So sweet and fun to talk to! I asked her to help me after having a cancer spot removed. She said no problem!! I asked for cat style bold lashes for my black cat costume I'm going to wear for Halloween !! Thank you Summer!

Today’s Experience!! If I could give Rio Nails a negative 10 rating, I would. It’s clear this business sees customers as numbers rather than valued guests. The level of rudeness and disregard we experienced was unacceptable. My child and I arrived at 3:45p. After entering my information and selecting nail colors, talking to another customer,we were seated at a station.An older gentleman kindly offered us something to drink, mind you, the only courteous moment of our visit!
