Nice products
Long waiting time even though you already have an appointment they made you wait for long time and give you a number don't have a clue why if you already have an appointment very disappointed about their services. In addition their waiting room doesn't have AC or doesn't work. What a shame!!
Not sure of the service, still waiting in the lobby. They need to change the lobby floor plan so clients heads don’t touch from having back to back chairs. Rows are preferable.
Have been with Rio for over 10 years and have always had the BEST service ! They have always provided great care to our employees.
