Cant get a straight answer out of these people, first their machines where broken, then all of sudden they cant do it because there's not enough patients....?? Very unprofessional won't return calls and seem very confused in general. I missed work for this, complete waste of time.
My husband & another patient of yours is literally in your parking lot waiting for the facility to open. No one is here. It’s empty. The appointment is tonight at 8:30pm, Friday, 1/17/2020. This appointment was paid upfront in advance. In addition, my husband scheduled this with work and you/provider to be off & it’s really difficult to get another day. Very upset.
Staff was very helpful and lab was quiet and clean
