They take forever. I was there since 10:40 and wasn’t seen until 1:30, while they close at 3. I could hear every worker around me having a conversation, laughing and talking casually, while I had been in the room for well over an hour, I understand they’re busy, but it felt like I had been forgotten about. Not sure I’d return.
