I had scheduled an appointment on my day off. Even gave them my insurance information only to find out on the day of they had no record of me or an appointment. I was looking forward to getting answers on my aching knee in hopes of starting to run once again. They tried to get me in but how could I trust an establishment after a major blunder. Abysmal.
The only positive thing I can say about this place is that the staff is friendly. I injured my shoulder in October of 2024 and when it didn’t resolve on its own I finally went here in December 2024. After doing an MRI in house they saw no rotator cuff tears and after that it was like I was dismissed. My pain never went away, my mobility never improved beyond picking up 5lbs over my head. My daughter and I had an excellent experience at this orthopedic clinic a sa new patient due to my daugher's sports injury. From moment we walked in, everyone was welcoming and prossional. The front desk staff was kind and efficient, the medical assistant who brought us back were patient and caring, anad the PA took the time to thoroughly explain everything and answer our questions.
