Despite having a copy of the survey they built my fence on my neighbor's property. Then they refused to move it at their expense, saying it was our responsibility for not catching it. In addition to this they made a huge mess in our yard when they installed the fence, leaving tire tracks, dirt and rock everywhere. They also charged us for "extra" rock breaking for every single post they installed.
