TWO WEEKS AGO THIS COMPANY CUT MY CABLE WIRE. 2 weeks, STILL NOT REPAIRED. Rio grand murdered my internet wire, promised that they would have spectrum repair it same day. I called spectrum myself, 2 weeks later still no internet. I have been calling spectrum every day myself, no luck with getting them to repair wire yet. I had a great experience with a Rio Grande Fence employee. He came to my house in Versailles Ky for an estimate. He was very professional and cordial. I will recommend this company any day of the week.
I would never recommend this company to any of my friends or family. All responses from this company are completely unprofessional and will not resolve any issues. I didn’t know such a large company could mess up such a easy project. If I would have known this is what my fence was going to look like I would have never hired “professionals” and just had done it myself .
