We love Rio Dental. Very knowledgeable and great customer service. My daughter had braces put on yesterday and didn't complain about being in any pain. BRACES. NO PAIN! I mean who else can provide a service like that. The dentist explained in detail her aftercare and worked with her so that she'd know how to care for her braces in our absence (i.e. school, sports, etc.) Not to mention the eye appeal in the lobby. This was my second visit for tooth extraction with Dr. Doan. Both instances his office got me in same day. He is very nice & remembered about my debilitating medical condition and genuinely seemed to care about me, his patient. I would rate for 5 stars; however, I had a 25% coupon towards procedure (I pay cash due to no dental insurance) and asked the lady (different lady than the one at intake) about it but was told since I didn't mention it from the very start it WOULDN'T or COULDN'T be used towards my bill.
