From the get go Debra has been great accommodating appointment and all the way to sorting out insurance claims, April was very helpful with x-Ray, Dr. Lai was very attentive and very informative and last but not least Vadia was also very nice and always making sure I was comfortable. All and all a very pleasant experience at Rio Dental.
Dr Lai is great, and coming to his practice is always pleasant as the secretary is also very nice. Dr Lai is not pushy and does not try to squeeze money out of you for things you don't need to do, and he always gives you all the time you need and makes you feel comfortable. They're also very accommodating and just generally friendly and helpful with anything that comes up.
Dr Lai and his staff are really polite. During my first fillings I was so anxious but he walked me through it and it was really fast. I would highly recommend their team esp Dr Lai if you're looking for a new and better dentist to take care of your family's teeth. It feels home in there. Excellent service.

Dr. Ernest Lai is very professional, patient, attentive to detail, and he has a genuine care for his patients, making sure that we are comfortable during and after the appointment.
