We Roast High Altitude Specialty Coffee from Nicaragua, Honduras, Ethiopia, Sumatra, Timor, Papua New Guinea, Mexico, and Maui. We serve Espresso Drinks and Fruit Smoothies along with Breakfast & Lunch. We have Live Music through out the week and private meeting rooms are available for your group. Our profits are directed to our school project in Nicaragua, which we started in 1986 among the Miskito Indian communities along the Rio Coco.

What a fabulous place to go and relax with the freshest roasted coffee beans around! Love the cause and everything about this little gem! We had a delightful breakfast and felt like we were visiting old friends. GREAT Staff, helpful in explaining how things worked so we felt at home! We will definitely be back as regulars. Took some fresh roasted coffee beans home with us too!
Always a pleasure to be here. I'm not a coffee drinker and I wish they sold more food items, but their efforts to use the money they make to fund schools in Nicaragua and to use responsibly harvested coffee beans is top-notch. They are a Christian organization, so that's a big plus, and the decorations, layout, and atmosphere of the actual restaurant are top notch. Certainly an 8.5/10.
