VRE mission valley is the worst, my counselor Kim brown is never in the office and will almost never return your call, I have emails from 2 other counselor and also left messages only to receive no return calls. I am working with VRE and post 911 in an attempt to close out my VRE case to be able to use my post 911. My counselor is giving me false information and I am unable to reach their front office for a supervisor. I have been trying for weeks. Just Horrible service
