Superior quality of service vs the other big franchise companies (Midas, etc). Was referred to Rio after getting my car serviced from Midas for which the replacement part was installed incorrectly and it took close to 6 hrs. Midas swore that the part was installed correctly after having their master tech visually review it. However, Rio had to correct their work. The reps at Rio were very patient and thorough. My car drives much better than before, and it took less time even with me having more services done than just correc... read more
