I am not one to air my dirty laundry, however I feel compelled to tel this one because I am outraged! My fiancé and I went to dinner at Rio Bravo tonight, and after waiting over 45 minutes to get our food, which still hadn't arrived, I requested that I speak to a manager. The manager REFUSED to speak to us. Rather he had the bar tender repeatedly tell us that our food will be right out. We decided to give it another 15 minutes, at which time we decided to go someplace else. Lousy customer service! So disappointed!
