The leasing team Inaisy and Rubi are extremely helpful and always greeting with a smile. They are knowledgeable in their positions. Definitely recommend working with them. The maintenance team is great as well, they are always there to help.
this place is literally the worst, there’s never any parking not even at the lots next to your apartment. Then when you have no other choice but to park on the side, they’ll tow you even if you have your parking sticker. Elevator has broken at least 6 times since being here for less than a year and i’m at the top floor. Elevator hasn’t even been properly checked since july 2023. Place is trash and looks nothing like the pictures online.
Soy residente del condominio hace meses, y quiero dejarles mi opinión para que no pasen una mala experiencia como yo, ni malgasten su dinero. Las condiciones de los apartamentos no van de acorde al precio que tienen, la limpieza da pena, una plaga de cucarachas que no acaban de eliminar, los elevadores casi siempre estan rotos, y por ultimo y no menos importante los parqueos.
