I went there to see a pediatrician and the wait time is just pathetic. This is a professional business I had to constantly go back and forth to ask my son's doctor,who is doing his vitals, or shots, etc. because the staff doesn't notify me at all. The sad part is this isn't even on a busy day it happens all the time every time I go in early I have to wait at least and hour or 30 min. or more overall, I would not recommend this place at all.
I went to the Dr.s Office to get hel with a medical condition I have had since I was a child. The CSN, Shay, was the one who saw me. She came over while I was getting my Vitals done and made a remark to Michael that my appt was almost over, in a rude tone. Michael was out of by this and commentted that he hated it when they acted like that. He apologized to me for the situation.
