Fantastic experience with them. They even beat Costco's hot tub offers with Beachcomber, offering far more options, value, and a biiiig size upgrade. Lukas and Phil were kind, professional, fast on email replies and delivery. We freaking love our tub!! Thanks guys!!
We recently completed our pool installation with Rintoul’s. Phil and his team were great to work with and we are very happy with the finished product.
I had a great experience with this hot tub company. They really took the time to listen to the issue I was having and carefully explained which part I actually needed instead of just trying to sell me something. Their honesty was really appreciated. It’s not often you find a company willing to guide. Thanks for the excellent customer service and for pointing me in the right direction. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing hot tub parts or advice!
Best customer service in town! If you’re going to buy a hot tub, ask for Lukas…. He’ll make your day better.
