Hi Phil I hope your cameras also have audio. They will show that I came in trying to deal with a specific problem. If your employee wasn't qualified to address the problem he should have directed me to whom was capable. Instead what I got was criticism and immature excuses and no attempt to help. The audio will show that and his rude behavior which I responded to in kind . They will show my reaction was in direct response to the treatment I received from an unprofessional employee .
First off we have been loyal customers for four years after our in ground pool install. All chemicals , openings and closings . My husband was in the store today to book our opening and seek assistance in resolving an issue . He was treated with a totally unacceptable level of disrespect and we will be taking our business elsewhere. No need Phil to ask us to reach out to you personally, WE ARE DONE !

Great service and very knowledgeable staff! Lukas has always been an amazing wealth of knowledge and has kept a previous pool and now our hot tub in great running condition! I’m impressed that when I suggest chemicals, if we don’t need them he doesn’t try to upsell for sake of profit!! Great store and staff!
