My experience with rinse was awesome only problem is when my clothes were returned in my new rinse bag was damaged and has a rip near zipper but I enjoyed the service easy and fast and everything was perfectly folded and clean

I suspect Rinse rounds up to the nearest 10 lb mark (i.e., 10 lbs, 20 lbs, etc) per bag of laundry without clearly disclosing this on their website. Rinse’s website states that laundry is $3.49 per pound (without a plan)—nowhere can I find a disclaimer stating that the weight of each laundry bag may be rounded. However, I checked my order history, and it indicates to me that my laundry was priced per bag, with one bag charged at 10 lbs, another at 20 lbs, and a third at 30 lbs. literally destroyed thousands of dollars worth of clothes and bed linens. all my cashmere sweaters sent for dry cleaning were shrunk to the point of absurd. they clearly were laundered despite my specific dry cleaning order. the bed linens have literally been driven o er by by a car..they have tire tracks on them. Such an easy process! They people who pickup/drop off are so nice and communicative. I love the little duffle bag they give you! 10/10 highly recommend! 100% worth it!
