I started using Rinse because I live in an upstairs apartment. The laundry room is downstairs and it runs on an app. that is unfriendly. I also am handicapped in my neck and shoulder. I have grown to depend on Rinse. They are an incredible asset to my life!

Rinse is wonderful. The ease of having it picked up and dropped off was great. And when the clothes came back, they were well organized, and of course clean! Highly recommended
