This really did seem too good to be true but it wasn't! True professionalism! Easy pick up and there's even an option for no contact drop off!! Highly recommend

I live a busy life. Always working and when I’m not I just want to relax. I use Rinse a couple times a month. It saves me time and does a better job than I could ever do. Thanks guys!

As of right now they're keeping my stuff past the event time. I scheduled dropoff an entire day in advance and someone is always here for dropoffs. If I get it in time I'll delete my review.

At 9 months pregnant, laundry has become my least favorite task (as if it were ever in my top 5). Rinse made it so easy with their timely pick up and drop off Wash and Fold service. I will definitely be using them again and recommending them to anyone that will listen!!! 1000/10

I sent in a comforter for cleaning and it came back with black splattering that covered maybe a quarter of the blanket. They offered to re-clean it and it came back still stained. They offered to have their “specialists” look at again and try to re-clean it. It came back again still stained. They wanted to try to clean it again, rather than simply reimburse me for replacing the item. They also mis-charged my account twice.
