The delivery drivers were professional. My clothing was packed nice and neat. I will definitely use Rinse again.
Very easy pick up and delivery
IF I could give 0 I would , we gave em our clothes and was told they be back the next day by 9pm. We haven’t received our clothes because they want $80 first !!!WHICH WAS NEVER SAID TO ANYONE !!!! We called support the lady NICKY in Washington was no help she was disrespectful and wouldn’t explain anything very unprofessional. NICKY spoke to us in a manner as if it was our fault no one told us how much. I can’t get to work because they have my clothes. RINSE! YOURE HORRIBLE AND SO IS YOU CUSTOMER SERVICE.
