IF I could give 0 I would , we gave em our clothes and was told they be back the next day by 9pm. We haven’t received our clothes because they want $80 first !!!WHICH WAS NEVER SAID TO ANYONE !!!! We called support the lady NICKY in Washington was no help she was disrespectful and wouldn’t explain anything very unprofessional. Best laundry service ever!!! They are extremely professional with a hometown feel. They picked up my laundry and returned it fresh, clean, and folded. You can expect the best service from Rinse. I love them!!!
