I had an extremely disappointing experience at Nissan Service Ringwood. After spending $1,800 on a major service a few months ago and another $500 recently, my car broke down just two days later with the engine light on—right in the middle of the highway. When I contacted the service center, they claimed the issue wasn’t covered, even though a proper inspection should have at least warned me of potential problems. Still waiting for a quote! My cars air con has been playing up for 3 years. I took it to another Nissan service centre several times and spent thousands on re-gassing and “repairs” that didn’t fix the issue. So I decided to take it to Ringwood Nissan for its next scheduled service and at the time, I advised them of the same air conditioning problem. That was at the end of Oct 2024. Infact, this service center should be given a zero star for their behavior having no value of others time and solution - front desk have no idea of the job requested still in the retro era. I brought my vehicle in for the very first service on 23rd Jan 2025, with few issues and a paint job. Had high expectations given MG’s reputation and commitment for quality and service.
