This is our 4th time using carpet court Ringwood, great service and advice and the install has always been exceptional.
Ringwood Carpet Court are a family run business. The whole team Olivia, Josh, Adrian and Aaron are professional, courteous, respectful and an absolute pleasure to deal with. In addition, a follow up phone call from Olivia to check if we are happy with all aspects of the process indicates customer care is the first consideration.
Heath is so friendly and professional. We can always get support from him during the whole process (carpet choose, measurement, layout, and installation schedule). Now my bedroom carpet has been installed by Scott so perfectly! We can’t even see the seam. I will highly recommend Ringwood carpet court team, they are reliable and professional and care about the quality.
