I went in for a glycolic peel, and the aesthetician chose to use salicylic acid instead. She accidentally chemically burned my face which destroyed my complexion and hurt tremendously. Very dissatisfied with the service here.
Can't say enough good things about this practice. I've got a variety of weird medical dermatology issues plus allergies to meds and treatments, so I'm a complicated patient. I've seen several of the physicians and found every one to be smart, kind and strategic. Support staff are great. The ease of scheduling, the ability to get an appointment quickly and the attention to detail and follow-through are terrific. This should be the model for other practices.
Excellent doctors and physician assistants on staff. Helpful office staff as well. Did an excellent job with my child’s acne that the dermatologists back home couldn’t do. For us, worth the drive to the Philly area!
I love Ringpfeil. So far I have been a client for hair removal, acne treatment, and tattoo removal. The staff are very knowledgeable of skin types and what types of lasers and/or chemicals will work best. The pricing is more than fair, and multiple locations provide flexibility.
I was met by the receptionist that immediately told me I wasn’t gonna be seen because I was 8mins later only to wait for 40mins to get escorted to the back then an additional 40 so see the physician I have been coming here for some time but the customer service has gone down dramatically as well as know and compassion for the patients I will be looking for an alternative dermatologist in the future
I initially choose Rigfeil simply as it was so close to my home, when I moved to Philly from NYC. I had a problem with a bite and walked over to Ringfeil after doing a google search for nearby MD's. I was so pleased and have been going back now for a year. Dr. Gonzoles spends time and is just so pleasant. I am sure I will get to know Dr. Byrd as well. Highly recommend.
This place is incompetent and the customer service is abysmal. Had a phone consult scheduled and was blown off twice. When I called them I was told they were “running behind” and they would call back. Never did. So unprofessional. There are so many dermatological spas in the Philadelphia area! Save yourself time and avoid this place!!
