Do not go to Kristen for your hair. I have black hair and after a couple of years of not dying it I decided to try blonde tips. I spent a total of $400 on my hair to not like it. It's very disappointing how she felt the need to charge a loyal customer after not being happy with the outcome twice. She dyed my hair a total of 3 times. The first one was a test strand.
