One year old roof installed by a Ringer Roofing crew had wind damage due to shingles not being installed properly. I called Wayne and left messages, and sent letters (they live 4 blocks away from us) heard back once and they said they would inspect. Never showed up, never called, never returned more calls and messages. We paid $34,000 for a new roof to have the shingles blow off in 60 mph winds? In Nebraska? Seriously?
