If you would like a lien placed on your property, I highly recommend Ring/Spearfish. I contacted Ring Roofing, they provided an estimate, I signed. Ring then subcontracted Spearfish to do the job. I paid $14,916.06 for my roof, $7,458.03 was paid and cleared on 12.21.23 with final payment due after completion. A Spearfish employee showed up at my home on Dec 26th to collect said payment. He was nice enough to follow me to the bank as I had no checks at home. I wrote another check for $7,458.03 which I handed to the employee ... read more
