First off my appointment got changed four separate times, so i had to continuously change my days off of work and my partners so he could take care of me. Then, they did not call me back for surgery until a whole hour after my scheduled appointment time so I was STARVING at that point. i got all 4 wisdom teeth removed under general anesthesia. Had to have impacted Wisdom tooth surgical extraction , lower #32 . They removed #31 a few years ago , so I was not worried . Their advise was to be put under general anesthesia but I chose local anesthesia instead . I knew I could do it cause I did a filling , long ago at another dentist and I declined the shot but made it through and I strongly advise against that . Dr. Rinehart did great . My experience was very poor with the staff,The staff was very rude when i called back to let them know damage was done to my other teeth, they showed no concern and talked very rude,I would not recommend Noone to go there,it is costing me more money to fix a problem they created!

Horrible experience. His prices are exorbitant. The staff for the most part mediocre. Lack of caring on his part and the part of the staff is unacceptable. Offices have no WiFi and no magazines. No amenities of any kind to support the unfair pricing. Would not return there again under pain of death.

Dr. Rinehart and the staff were professional, caring, friendly and knows how to ease your dental fears and nerves. He puts you at ease before and during the procedure. Also, he offered to pray with me if I needed calming. I had local anesthesia. When Dr. Rinehart said, "I did it again", he had already pulled my wisdom tooth without me realizing it. Thanks to all.

I called in for an emergency visit because I had tooth pain. They said I needed to have oral surgery and scheduled it a month away (first warning sign). I begged to have off at work and almost lost my job because it was my first week. For them to call me 3 days before and cancel my appointment! Person that called was unapologetic and did not care that my tooth has since broke in half and what an inconvenience! I do not recommend!

My grandson Patrick had 4 wisdom teeth removed Tuesday and this morning he laughed and said Dr Rinehart maybe getting old but he’s definitely still great at what he does.👍🏼 Because he was joking with us about his age. Age skills and wisdom ✅Thanks to him for making him so comfortable before his surgery. Everyone was so nice. Highly recommended from us. And Dr Rineharts prayers before surgery was a plus also.

A great doctor who cares about his patients and prays for them. You couldn't ask for a better or more attentive doctor
