Meri Rinehart helped us with inspections on two older houses in Tacoma. I can't say enough positive things. She has a sharp eye for detail, and is excellent at communicating and explaining her findings. She saved us from getting in way over our heads with a house that had a lot of hidden flaws.

We sadly had a poor experience. We purchased our home living out of state and were dependent on the home inspection revealing any structural issues with our house. The report came back the house was structurally in good condition. Upon moving in we immediately noticed the support beams in the basement were sagging. Rinehart gave us our money back and claimed it was not visible at inspection due to the previous owners belongings, but this was not mentioned in the report and their pictures did not indicate this either. Overcharge (double the market rate), no tools to do proper inspections, we had to pay another inspection for the same house. Promised 10% credit then never delivered (even after multiple reminders)—no response. I posted an online review to tell the truth. Suddenly they replied — lying about not getting our address. Will you trust them?
