Dr Scott and Dr Nicole are absolutely amazing. Their willingness to work with you (regardless of questions, visits, change of vision and complications) is unmatched. The doctors along with a friendly and helpful staff really make your visit extremely professional and pleasant. This type of office is hard to come by....it’s not like an assemble line...it’s a personal interest in providing you the best service and care. We are very fortunate to have Rinehart Family Eye Care in the Lehigh Valley.
Best visit to the eye doctor I have ever had. Very thorough; I didn't leave with the usual anxiety of 'did I choose correctly when asked 1 or 2, 3 or 4?' I really feel that my eyesight is going to be better for visiting them. Thankful for the recommendation from my PCP.
Exceptional eye exam! Nicole is amazing...thorough exam with the technology where I didn't have to have my eye dilated, that's nice! She is smart, friendly, kind, and super accommodating. All of the staff is great, thank you!
I had gone to the same eye doctor my entire life. My insurance changed, and my sister recommended me to the Rinehart's practice. I was blown away by how knowledgeable and helpful Dr. Rinehart was! He went above and beyond to help me get the absolute perfect prescription for my contacts and explained everything along the way. I'd never received such good care! Highly recommend them! Staff is super friendly too!
