I have been living in the rental for 3 years. The lease expired 9/30/2020. I called to ask if I could rent for 1 more year. I have been dealing with Cancer and with the Covid issue, I didn't want to start looking for something else. I was told no, that the owner wanted to sell. I received the notice in the mail and started looking immediately for another place to rent. I couldn't find anything in my price range or decent, so I decided to buy. 4 minutes ago-Edit I can verify every bad review of this place is 100% accurate. When we moved in the place was filthy. It was so disgusting that the carpet smelled quite strongly like what I can only hope is dog urine. They are extremely slow to respond to any request. In fact my heater broke in the middle of winter and it took them 10 business days (close to 2 weeks) to have it repaired which is unacceptable as I have 2 children under the age of 3 and it was close to freezing at night. By far the most frustrating and unprofessional company we have ever had to deal with. We have been lied to multiple times, dealt with completely unprofessional maintenance men, verbally condescended to, and will NEVER do business with again. In addition to having multiple maintenance requests that took 6 months to resolve, we were charged 121$ for fees that they could not even verify were our fault, given multiple different explanations and resolutions by multiple different people, who then backtracked and denied having any ... read more
