Lived in a condo for these people for a few years. When we moved in the house smelled like cigarettes. There were shelves missing and its wasn't cleaned at all. My condo was broken into while living with the management group. My sliding glass door was shattered and broken. They tried to say it was my fault. Then I had to live in a house without a backdoor to my house for 26 days. I had a piece of wood blocking my back door for 26 days during winter cause they just didn't care for my safety. I wouldn't rent from them again.

Just so bad. I rented a house and when we moved in it had dirty walls and carpets, we took note of that. By the time we had to move out, we delivered a house in better shape than when we moved in, even payed for professional carpet cleaners how they asked in the lease agreement. I already thought this was unfair. Why should I pay for clean carpets to the next tenant when they didn't even bother cleaning it for me? There is a reason why these guys have a one point average stars on here stay far away from them. The house that I rented was amazing but honestly, the management company was nothing but complete morons. They kept almost $600 of my deposit to paint touchups which is ridiculous. I lived in the apartment for 6 weeks. The toilet started leaking within the first week. They sent people to the apartment 3 times but nothing was done. A few weeks later I had raw sewage coming up in the bathtub and the toilet. I called and tried to tell me that they reached out but I wouldn't answer the phone. I knew that was a damn lie. I called the City of Tucson utilities and they came and fixed it. I am a senior and use a walker. The worst place I have ever rented.

Bad company, I am so upset, I left so clean, better then how it was when we moved, toush up paint the whole house where was necesary, replace the a/c filters (2) the same day when I left the house, I contracted the carpet cleaner company who they recomended and they charge me a lot of my deposit lying telling we didn't. I the worst company in Tucson, I never had problem before with a company like this, please don't rent a house with this company, they will stole your deposit
