I would like to take this opportunity to offer some feedback on my experience with RPM Rincon. In 2007, I intrusted RPM Rincon with the management of my town house. RPM Rincon worked hard over the years to keep my property rented with quality tenants. All I needed to know was whether, or not, that the company does property management for mobile homes. I have a 6 lot area that I was full ready to set up with this company, but after getting the runaround, and no one willing to give me a straight answer, I decided to look elsewhere. Horrible service from the start. Having a terrible front desk just leaves money on the table.
I am very satisfied with your service so thank you. I appreciate the open line of communication that we have and the fact that the tenants are happy in my rental property. You act like a great liaison between us. Great work and keep it up.
I want to say how thankful I am for their help and assistance over the past few years and especially for their help in selling my property.
