Stellar service from Stephen and Charles fixing my maintenance needs …..
Do not ever rent a place from this property management place. They charged for $600 for cabinet being dirty (sauce dropping) after finally cleared for move out inspection. No comment was made during the move out inspection. Photos were requested for proof but never got ones. Also, even after I let them know I would return the key on Friday the manager told me the office will be closed in 40 mins and advised me not to return the key till Monday and I assured him not to charge the prorated rents for the weekend since we left o... read more
